Security hardware dramatically increases
the difficuty and time required for a thief to dismantle a PV array and steal
its components. Breakaway nuts work well in conjunction with top mounting
clamps and footing bolts. Note that star head bolt head bolt do not
fit into SolarMount rail slots (where standard bot heads are inaccessible).
Use them with bottom mounting module clips and other locations where
heads are exposed. Can be purchased in quanity of 1 or a package of
20.
